Privacy notice

Demo requests. When you book a demo we store your name, shop name, mobile number, city, shop type and message, and use them only to contact you about OffOnSale.

Store data. Each store’s products, sales, customers and staff records belong to that store and are kept separate from other stores. We access them only to run and support the service.

Security. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and important changes are recorded in an audit log.

Your choices. Store owners can export their data. To correct or remove a demo request, contact us through the number we called you from or the demo form.
