Terms of service

Service. OffOnSale provides POS, inventory and online store software on a monthly subscription. Plan features and limits are shown on the pricing page.

Payment. Subscriptions are paid monthly and recorded manually. A late payment has a 7-day grace period. After that the store becomes read-only until renewal, and its data is kept.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your staff accounts, your prices and stock, your taxes, and any licences your business needs, including pharmacy licences and prescription rules.

Acceptable use. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or for illegal use of the service.
